    University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Defense in Business Administration for Doctoral Candidate Dinh Van Quang

    On March 28, 2026, at the meeting room of Campus 1, Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Graduate Studies organized the University-Level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee for doctoral candidate Dinh Van Quang in the field of Business Administration.

    During the defense session, doctoral candidate Dinh Van Quang presented the core contents of the dissertation in a systematic, logical, and persuasive manner. The dissertation entitled “The Impact of Leader–Member Relationships and Organizational Support on Employee Job Performance in Hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City” demonstrated meaningful scientific contributions and provided important practical evidence for the field of Business Administration, particularly in the context of improving human resource management effectiveness within the healthcare sector.
