Factors of cloud accounting software affecting business performance of small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai Province

Abstract: The  study  aims  to  determine  the  inÀuence  of  cloud  accounting  software  factors  on  the  business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai Province. The research results show that all four factors aৼect the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, ranked in descending order: (1) Support conditions from cloud accounting software providers; (2) Bene¿ts of using cloud accounting software; (3) Cost of using cloud accounting software; Satisfaction of senior leaders with cloud accounting software. Based on the research results, the authors propose some management implications  to  improve  the  application  of  cloud  accounting  software  in  business  management  and enhance business performance when using cloud accounting software.
