    [FAIE] Implementing the “Office Virtual Assistant” Model: A Breakthrough in Administrative Digital Transformation in Dong Nai

    Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3127/SKHCN-TTKHCN dated 4 November 2025 issued by the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology regarding the implementation of the model “Office Virtual Assistant for Administrative Processing” at the Department of Home Affairs, The Faculty of Administration International Economics – Lac Hong University is honored to be one of the units directly accompanying the research, development, and application of this model.

    The program is implemented through the coordination of the Department of Science and Technology, the Dong Nai Department of Home Affairs, and the team of experienced experts and lecturers from Lac Hong University, including PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Head of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean, along with other lecturers of the Faculty.

    Speaking at the program, Mr. Ha Thanh Tung – Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Home Affairs, emphasized:

    “Civil servants and public officials currently meet professional requirements well; however, their capacity to apply technology remains limited. Accessing AI platforms through the Office Virtual Assistant model will help officials improve management efficiency and quickly adapt to the strong digital transformation trend.”

    This statement has opened significant expectations for a practical, appropriate, and highly feasible AI application model in the modern administrative environment.

    The model is designed to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into administrative processing, with the following key objectives:

    Reducing manual workload and supporting officials in searching, synthesizing, and processing documents quickly and accurately.

    1. Advising & Responding to Citizens

    AI supports answering inquiries and guiding administrative procedures via an online platform 24/7, contributing to improving the quality of public services.

    1. Data Optimization & Integration

    The system leverages existing data to form a centralized database serving management, information retrieval, and decision-making.

    1. Supporting Recruitment & Personnel Allocation

    AI suggests suitable candidates for specific positions and assists officials in providing career orientation advice to citizens and job seekers.

    1. Deploying a Specialized AI Chatbot

    The chatbot handles dialogue, recording, and data extraction, moving toward a smart office model that saves time and costs.
