Studying Economic Law at LHU: Lecturers Will Always Accompany You

We never truly recognize our own transformation until something unexpectedly touches our minds.

I once thought that my student life flowed like the melody of a symphony, filled with rising and falling notes. It was only when I heard the final note that I realized this journey had truly come to an end. And I found countless small pieces that together shaped the person I have become today.

One piece comes from the Youth Union and Student Association – a place where I could live as I wished, where I found friends, younger siblings, older brothers, and older sisters. From strangers who did not know one another, somehow we became closely connected, training and growing together. It was here that I learned how to love, to broaden my tolerance, and to set aside my ego. It taught me that living for others is one of the greatest happinesses in life.

Another piece lies within the pages of notebooks and the lines of knowledge that our lecturers devoted themselves to imparting to us over the past 3.5 years. From the very first day I stepped through the doors of the University, I received care, guidance, and wholehearted support from the lecturers of The Faculty of Administration International Economics. Especially the lecturers of the Economic Law program, whose dedication, passion for teaching, and love for students equipped me with a solid foundation to move confidently into the future. MB Vu Thi Thanh Huyen – the academic advisor of our class – always accompanied us throughout the journey, caring for us and resolving every difficulty of the class. The subject lecturers were always ready to deliver the best knowledge to us.

MB Vu Thi Thanh Huyen (far left) always closely accompanied us, even in the smallest matters.

In particular, during the days of conducting scientific research – the final step in completing my student journey – I will never forget the wholehearted support from MB Huynh Thi Nhu Hieu – Head of the Business – Commerce Division – who helped me achieve the best possible results. Thanks to the invaluable guidance from our lecturers, today I can confidently state in every interview that I am a student of Lac Hong University.

And the final piece comes from PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics – an exceptional teacher, leader, and manager.

PhD Lam Thanh Hien – President of the University – and PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics – have always been role models, inspiring us to continuously improve ourselves.

Five years, ten years, even twenty or thirty years from now, I may not remember everything that my lecturers taught me during my years at the University. But I am certain that I will always remember this saying of my teacher: “Act to become excellent; do not wait until you are excellent to act.” He gave me the belief in victory, ignited my hopes and aspirations, and always helped me recognize my own value so that I could contribute to society and help others. Thank you, Lac Hong University, for being the place that nurtures the green seeds of the nation.
