"Bus tickets for Tet 2025" program kicks off

Heading home for Tet has never been easier! 

With the aim of bringing a meaningful and warm Tet to students, the "bus tickets for Tet 2025" program has officially opened its registration portal to offer free bus tickets for needy students to return home for the Tet holiday at https://xevetet.lhu.edu.vn/ until December 15, 2024.

The 'Bus Tickets for Tet' program is an annual initiative that provides free bus tickets to students living 100 kilometers or more away from the University.

Accordingly, students from 7 provinces including Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Kon Tum will be qualified for this program. In addition, for students belonging to other provinces, the University will support them to buy tickets to return home to celebrate the spring. Students facing financial hardships will also receive support for bus tickets.

This marks the sixth time LHU has organized the program to ensure its students enjoy a safe and warm Tet celebration. During the journey of giving 0 dong bus tickets to students, LHU has honorably received the sponsorship and companionship of businesses to join hands to take students home for Tet. 

Since its launch, the program has garnered strong support from Bien Hoa King Sejong Academy and Dai Huy Hoang Development Company Limited. This is the 3rd consecutive year that the two units have joined hands with LHU to bring students home safely, as reported by the Organizers.

The "Bus Tickets for Tet 2025" program exemplifies Lac Hong University's commitment to sustainable development, aligning with SDG1 and SDG17. By fostering community engagement and supporting low-income students, LHU ensures equitable access to resources, promoting social inclusion and a meaningful Tet celebration for all.
