Nearly 500 undergraduate and graduate students receive diplomas in 2024's third phase

On November 30 morning, 2024, at Eros Palace Convention Center, LHU solemnly held the 3rd Graduation Ceremony in 2024 for nearly 500 new masters, bachelors, engineers and pharmacists.

Reportedly, LHU annually organizes three graduation ceremonies to help students quickly get their diplomas and promptly enter the labor market. In this third phase, the University honorably granted degrees to nearly 500 graduate and undergraduate students from 7 specialized faculties: Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Administration and International Economics and Faculty of Oriental Studies. This special event is an opportunity for the University to recognize and honor the new graduates' efforts and achievements throughout their academic journey.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU; along with members of the Party Committee; members of the Board of Rectors; Heads of Faculties, Offices and Units under LHU; business representatives. In particular, the event welcomed new masters, bachelors, engineers, pharmacists and their families, relatives, and friends.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of the University, extended his congratulations to the new graduates for overcoming numerous challenges and pressures to complete their study programs. Notably, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to the parents and faculty members for accompanying the University and the new graduates. He also emphasized the roles and responsibilities of the new graduates in the country's integration and development period, while encouraging them to continue learning, improving knowledge and skills, promoting creativity and innovation, and contributing to building a civilized and prosperous society.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the University respectfully praised, honored and awarded certificates of merit to 7 valedictorians. It also announced the Decision on accrediting and issuing diplomas for nearly 500 new graduates from the 7 above-mentioned Faculties.

Aso at the event, new pharmacists solemnly performed the medical oath rite. This is one of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony.

The Graduation Ceremony not only marks a significant milestone in the students' learning journey, but also reaffirms the LHU's noble mission - cultivating and nurturing talents, building a team of solid knowledge and good moral qualities. It is the ideal the LHU pedagogical staff have tirelessly pursued and implemented, accompanying generations of students on their overall development path over the years.
